At LMA, we specialize in re-purposing structures, from historic renovations to warehouse conversions, and have become experts in the challenges that come with that process : ie, “Change of Use” code issues, energy compliance, utility upgrades, handicap accessibility requirements, and site re-purposing. We also strive to capture and celebrate the inherent beauty in these structures, balancing and contrasting new with old to find the best design solution for the client’s needs.
