BXP

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Project Type: Adaptive Reuse

BXP, the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of premier workplaces in the United States, needed improvements to their Los Angeles headquarters. Given the client’s exceptional expertise in the fields of real estate and construction, the interventions for their own space were held to the highest of standards.

The following improvements aided the repositioning of multiple buildings on the BXP campus, including creating a new building standard to be repeated across multiple projects, which covered all finishes, doors and door hardware, appliances, plumbing fixtures, restroom fixtures and accessories; courtyard renovations including new convenience stairs to link floors and tenants; communal amenity space with pantry and lounge; corridor improvements; new restrooms; new spec suite; new lobbies; new exterior paint scheme; and electric car charging.
