This space for a prominent animation studio is organized around a central atrium, bringing daylight into an otherwise deep floor plate. Responding to the client’s need for a larger facility LMA completed a tenant improvement with a combination of open work areas and enclosed offices programmed around the atrium. The project includes a number of high performance, acoustically isolated edit bays and an Atmos screening room facility for content concepting and development.
