Occupying one of Los Angeles’ most iconic buildings, the Neuehouse project balanced a respect for the building’s historic architecture with high ambition interiors. Organized around the central atrium, the project consists of co-working suites, enclosed offices, small collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, a commercial kitchen and a private bar and restaurant challenged the infrastructural and code constraints of the existing building.
