3.1 Phillip Lim, based in New York, is a high-end fashion label with retail stores spanning the globe. The company sought a space in LA’s Arts District to house a new retail concept displaying art, furniture, home objects and their fashion line. Significant existing building deficiencies were overcome to create a light-filled and novel retail concept.
