For Team One’s new Dallas office space, LMA was asked to draw inspiration from the agency’s California headquarters in a converted warehouse, this time within a conventional high-rise office building with a relatively constricted height. Employing a scheme that allowed light to penetrate deeply into the space, LMA filled the space with plants vertical gardens, with natural materials like wood and terracotta. With no enclosed offices, the space plan is designed to enable collaboration and gathering within several open-work zones of bullpen seating, informal working lounge spaces and an all-hands agency meeting space.
